Eddie was heel throughout his WCW career as well as most of the first half of the decade in the WWE. He was also a pretty big heel in Mexico and the Independants. Bam Bam as far as I am aware was heel pretty much everywhere he went.

Eddy gets my vote just based on his abilities inside the ring and outside the ring. Eddie > Bam Bam.

I got to go with Eddie, because Bam Bam got punked out by Major Payne. I watch way too many movies.

I'm not sure Eddie's WCW work really captivated me, and he didn't have long enough as WWE as a Heel unfortunately. Maybe if he had more time, it would have been him. But I definitely go with Bam Bam.

*OOPS, just voted for Eddie, but he's going to win by far anyways, so eh.
