I highly doubt you will be able too. Since it doesn't have any form of a store/Internet access, so there are no means of updating. So you're stuck with the same people until they come out with a new game I'm afraid.
PS3 exclusives are an alternate attire for Kane and MVP along with xmas outfits for a few divas.
