For those who know of "the giggle loop," we're attempting not to succumb as we earnestly report this information. The Championship Gaming Series (CGS) announced it will begin airing 90-minute episodes exclusively on cable-station G4 beginning July 16.
During its inaugural season on DirecTV, CGS CEO Andy Reif says 50 million "cumulative viewers" watched the series. G4 president Neal Tiles believes the competition "is certain to appeal to our viewers." What viewers would those be ... wait, no, must not give in to urges. We wish all the best for the show's ratings on the network. People watch other professional sports, why not this?
yeah i watch it at sum friends house and i have noticed it has become shit, thanksgiving they had a cops marathon?? how is that gaming
Neal Tiles got rid of the gaming shows (except X-Play), because he thinks it got low ratings. How do I know that? Read the pages that he answered from G4 viewers. Here's the links:

Most of his answers are ridiculous and I can careless about CGS airing on G4, I got DirecTV.

there needs to be a new gaming channel To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. 24/7 games, even better then the old G4

That's what everyone wants, but they're too damn lazy to do it. They rather spend money on channels focusing on pop or celebrity culture. I'm killing for them to create a tech/gaming channel. Here's what the channel should include:
- Hire Gamespot, IGN, GamerTV, or whoever, to host a X-Play related show, previewing, reviewing, and game talk.
- Host gaming tournaments, of course
- In the mornings, air cartoon shows like The Super Mario Super Show, The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, TMNT, and so on.
- Have a show like the Screen Savers.
- Have a show like Call for Help.
- Tech reviews
- Any old G4/techtv show that were on its respectful channel that doesn't include trash that made G4 today.
Your thoughts?

I think it would work. Video games are becoming more mainstream nowadays. They work with the movie industry to produce games almost on-time for when the movie it's based on releases in theatres.
Plus, you have games like Halo that sell more copies than the top-selling films of all time. It's a given that in this day and age, people would watch a video game channel.
