Only for the PC version just like the medic update, official maps, new gameplay mode in gold rush and of course constant fixes to improve the game that 360 and PS3 don't get. Valve have said they are looking into possible DLC for 360 (Have said no for sure to any PS3 content though) but if anything I think it would be the official maps PC has that 360 doesn't. But realistically I don't think they will end up doing anything for 360 in the end. They are a PC focused developer so that will always be their priority and console gamers are lucky they even got the Orange Box really.
