No it isn't coming out but yes it was a real game. It was going to be a Marvel fighting game developed by EA Chicago but then EA shut them down so the future of the game was put in doubt before it was announced that the deal between Marvel and EA was terminated. But EA did release Marvel Nemesis which was also a Marvel Fighter last gen which was complete shit so can't say I was ever hyped for this to care that it got cancelled.
