Its certainly different. It has a much more realistic feel (crazy to say in a game where u can cut bitches up and whatnot) then years gone by and a little less over the top arcadey with the driving and just a few other things like how he moves and stuff. Still some typical rockstar glitches (ie walking through doors instead of opening them) I haven't begun to scratch the surface of it yet so i wont say too much. So far I'm liking it a lot but not thinking its like best game ever or anything.

the online game makes for some good LOLZ with friends. i just got done playing with a-bomb and i laughed good at some parts, i'd say FREE MODE is my favorite so far. you can just drive around the city with friends and do whatever, no game type.

ALSO, it may just be me but i find it a bit funny they mention my username(Duke) my real name(Brandon) and the state I live in(Iowa). this game was geared towards me cuz im badass

I havnt got to play online yet, i tried but everytime it would say try again later

I put in about 5 hours last night, and so far I am hooked. It's realaistic, the graphics are great. Ill say more after I put more time in it.

The coolest part for me is seeing the parts of the game that correspond to real NYC places and landmarks. Not only the borough names (Broker/Brooklyn, Dukes/Queens), but even the neighborhoods. Case in point, the area of the game called "East Island City" corresponds to Long Island City in Queens. The area called "Steinway" corresponds to Astoria, a neighborhood in Queens where Steinway Street is the biggest Street.

"Dukes Boulevard" is equivalent to Queens Boulevard, and the East Borough Bridge is equivalent to the Triboro Bridge, which connects 3 of the boroughs of NYC, just like in the game.

I love this game.

Also, this is going to make me sound VERY nerdy, but I think Niko made a bad choice. He should have gone after Mallorie lol. She has big tits and nerdy glasses. That's what I go after in real life (well, used to go after...)

Other than that, i cant find anything wrong with it. The cars are much better handeling once you get used to the change of controls for Playstation anyway. The shooting is so much better even with just a pistol.

At the start, i found it hard to understand Niko, but now i can make out what he says & im already beginning to like him.

It didnt. The message you got was to turn you off cheating. I got 100% in San Andreas with cheats & without.
