Well, I kind of know, but I want some valification on my quandary's. So, I want to download a computer game off a torrent site, or whatever, it will be in ISO form...I think, so do I need to by a blank disk to copy and paste it on so it will work? I think that's how it goes, but I'm not totally sure. Need some help, thank chu.
Not really. You can try it but i doubt it would work. There are a few different programmes you can use. I use PowerISO. If you can, use CD-R instead of DVD-R/RW.
That works 100% for PC Games. I've only ever tried any other console once & it kinda worked.

i think an old ps2 that opens at the top plays burnt ps2 games right outta the box so thats kinda cool, also dreamcasts will do that also.
i used to have a dreamcast i found in an empty apartment next to mine with a burnt disk in it of an emulator and all regular nintendo games on it, it was sweet.
as for the newerd systems im almost positive u need a mod chip and all that bologna.

First off. What the hell is a "Valification" lol I think you just want answers.
An ISO or *.iso file is just an image of a disk. You can just burn it to a CD/DVD but you need a program such as IMGburn*, Nero, Alcohol, Sonic, Roxio, etc., you either open up a 'virtual CD' and access it via a drive letter or you burn it to a CD using one of those applications, then install it from there.(I've answered this question way too many times for my own good.)

Alternatively you can just mount the image and play it from there using Daemon Tools*

Overall I'd suggest downloading Daemon Tools and mounting the image. Make sure the PC Game works before burning it. Then burning it to a DVD.
