Rep Power: 12 ![]() | Need Some Advice from 360 Owners Just got a 360 today and I can't get live working. My computer that runs the internet is on my 2nd floor and 360 on 1st. So I need to figure out which way would be better to get it connected since it can't just go into the phone line. Would my best bet be to run an ethernet line from my 1st floor in my house to the 2nd to get it working or should I buy the wireless connector for it to work with my wireless connection? I heard that the wireless loses connections a lot, so I don't know if its worth $100. Running the line would probably be $10 tops to buy a cable long enough, hopefully radioshack would have that then I just gotta figure out how to get it up there. So I'm wondering if anyone else has used the wireless with it and could tell me how good it is. |

Most wireless routers aren't strong enough yet to run though walls or better yet floors. Get a good length Cat5 cable just in case you end up moving the 360 around you will have enough cable to work with. |
