Devil May Cry 4 To Fight on Xbox 360 and Revolution

While Devil May Cry fans have been enjoying their Sony-exclusive action series for years now, it appears that the trend may soon be broken.

In a recent interview with Famitsu, Devil May Cry producer, Hiroshi Kobayashi revealed that despite earlier remarks about DMC4 being PS3 exclusive, he expects Dante to make his debut on the Xbox 360 and Revolution as well.

Besides the multiplatform release, DMC4 will also feature a brand new fighting system. Keyed at making the difficulty suitable for all players, Kobayashi has included a more accessible control setup, allowing players to fully integrate the fighting and acrobatic maneuvers more easily, while keeping the difficulty at a steady pace.

Kobayashi also stated that he still does not know the true power of the PS3, but he expects the game to feature the same feel and style as the trailer shown at last year's E3. For more on Devil May Cry 4, stay tuned to Amped IGO.

Its getting harder and harder to keep exclusives, somthing sony use to take full advantage of in the past. this is a good thing for nintendo as well as m$

lol um no, how is this a bad post of sony, its simply a fact . not my fault sony geting alot of bad press cause of their lack of showing in e3. im a gamer and as a gamer i think this is a great thing cause now people who never had a playstation can get to play one of the better games from the people who had it exclusive.

All you've been posting is bad press about Playstation 3, trying to make people like 360 more. I don't really care which is better anymore, I'm getting a PS3, but my favorite system will be the Nintendo Wii when they come out.

Never played Devil May Cry, the game looks boring to me.

um no it means more gamers can get to try a great franchise like the devil may cry series. please try not to think 2d man makes you look more of the fanboy. i never told anyone to get a system over another . how would i say that when i own all of the last gen systems. all make great games some better than others. i will say it one more time to the 2d idiots on this site: sony has a history of giving gamers false promisses. if people were to read up and get facts they would see it. im happy people are making a stand and seeing it for what it is. where was killzone at this years e3? u know the game that they said was running in game gfx. have u even seen a ps3 game in action? have u even touched the controller to make any kind of claim against or for it? no. but i have and just as i posted a while ago thing i said are happening. its all smart bizness i dont blame sony. but as a gamer i got sick and tired of the lies theese companies try and use. when i see this happening i just remember the times when sega and nintendo was fighting and out of nowhere a new company shows up and takes the market(sony) and then at the time the 2 giants didnt take sony serious and they moped the floor with them. now jump to now where nintendo is barley doing anything in the home console market ( being dead last in sales world wide) and sony which was the new guy back then now controls the market by 60%
(facts are facts got to hand it to them) and now being at the top has got sony acting like the way nintendo and sega did back then and has m$ showing the same potential as sony did back then. nintendo has adapted their bizness outlook and domininates the portable console( for every 10 portable system that sells 8 of them are gba or ds over the psp worldwide)they dont focus much on the home market as they used to which give them room to try new things like the wii. all i wanted was for sony to finally deliver in their word.( what happen to the dual hdmi port for 2 screen support and how it would be a router and how it would be 2 times stronger than the xbox 360 when its not. im not making none of this up. this and many other comments were quoted from the head of sony playstation. and i was really looking forword to sony this e3 to see what they had comming to the table and me and many others werent impressed due to the high price point of the system and lack of proof in their claims. 600 is notting , but consider that the othersystem will be out and be much cheaper to me it isnt worth it. does that mean that i want you to say fuck sony? no get what ever you want and i will get what i want and i will post what ever i see that gamers should be aware of.

errr. yeah, nice essay. But maybe Sony didn't show you much because they want it to be a surprise for when they release it. If you know what to expect right now, you'll get tired of waiting for what you know it will have by the time it comes out. Being secretive about the system is the smart move considering the 360 is already released, and Nintendo Wii isn't even in the same league as either company.

Although I think the Nintendo Wii will probably bring them back up into the "big leagues" of the systems and maybe even be the best out of all 3 for this next generation systems. Nintendo is going to regain it's #1 spot in the next few years.

dude u really dont understand how the game markets work dont you. dude e3 is the super bowl for video games. this is bizness people dont want surprises at system launch think of the millions stores make on preorders alone, big companies spend millions to show people what they go cooking for the winter till spring. this is the put up or shut up show. anyhow no point in even talking to you about anything game related due to your lack of knowlegde of the bizness side of it. and also nintendo will never regain the number 1 spot again in home console cause they are no longer going for it( they clearly siad they out for the number 2 spot cause it fits their biz better. there gonna try new things in hopes of the game market to change. which i respect a ton about them . the wii will be inovative as long as the games remain fresh, which i know nintendo wont have a problem in making but i wonder and hope the 3rd parties stay committed to it cause if not its game cube all over. from my time playing the wii in e3 the games were so cool ,even thou the gfx were not even better than the gamecubes. you did know that the wii will use a verry similar gfx card that was used for the cube right? i bet no due to your remarks . anyhow devil may cry 4 coming soon for all next gen consoles so all of us gamers who dont own all system will get a chance to try this great tittle

With nintendo, I don't care about the graphics. I like games like mario and super smash brothers, it wouldn't be the same if they had realistic graphics for it.
