I don't know the price range and i don't know what the system includes. I really don't care for this generation of games, at least until the Wii comes out. I haven't paid any attention to the PS3, so i really couldn't tell you from my opinion, but from what I've heard others say, yes it is over priced.
Dude, that's too freaking high, I don't care if it's one of the new-gen systems but you best be out of your mind if you're selling the PS3 for freaking $600-800.

There will be two PS3s. One for $499 and the other for $599.
True, the price is high. But not as high as many people were predicting. Many were saying over $800, which would have been alittle too much. The price is worth it IMO. it cost the ps3 600-900 to make, so by selling the system at 600 there loosing 300 for everyone sold. no big deal at first cause it is expected for console to loose money at first.

That's how it was last time. Xbox and Playstation didn't really make any money when it came to selling consoles. They made their money off the games. Which will be the case this time as well.
