So i'm wanting to go to another ISP as AOL is rubbish really.
I'm looking at maybe Tiscali or BT but i'm wondering what would be best.
Tiscali certainly seems to be the cheapest option but i want an ISP with a decent download rate as AOL seems ok but i'm after a change now.
Anyone any suggestions?

Tiscali is building a pimp USA network, and they already have a strong European network, so you'd probably get the best browsing experience with them. I however don't know the price or the caps that they have on their Broadband users.
