So yeah basically when i download it goes real sloow or sometimes not at all. i did a little bit of research and came back being told i need to forward my port or something, so how do i that or if thats not the issue how would i fix it >.>
If your home network has a router setup, you would need to login to it and setup the port forward. If you don't have a router, then that's not the case.
Since you're able to download, I suspect it's really an issue with your ISP doing some sort of voodoo.
