Computer help: why do I have to refresh constantly?
Often, when I visit certain message boards (including this one) or sites like Yahoo Sports, I have to refresh once to get the page "caught up" -- otherwise I'm getting posts and sports scores from hours ago...

What up with that?

Is your browser set to "Work Offline" when this happens?

Also, when I browse Monks, I always have to click "Back" twice to actually make the page go back.

If you're using IE 7 I would advise going back to IE 6.

There's known bugs in it....similar to what you describe...that i've heard of
