Amazon dropped some retail factoids on BusinessWeek, gloating that the 2007 holiday season was the internet retailer's "strongest to date." Leading those sales: the Wii, which sold an impressive 17 consoles a second while Amazon had them in stock (read: not for long). We're guessing that Black Friday allotment of $79 Wiis didn't hurt. Any one of you special, special snowflakes distinguished enough to be one of those 17 people who purchased a Wii that one second on Amazon this holiday?
I was in line of a gamestop durring thanksgiving to get a wii. Around 9:00 pm, I called a friend of mine who I knew had a wii to ask what games are good that I should get, and he said, you wanna just buy mine? lol. So I left the line, went to my friends house, but his wii, with like 5 games, the extra remote, emmory card all that good stuff for only $200. I lucked out.

I wouldn't pay $2 let alone $200. As innovative as the Wii is I just don't like it. Basically as my friends and I say it's a system to get fat kids off their ass and become more mobile. Though it may or not be true I still hate it and will never use 1.
It's good for Amazon I guess but the last time I ordered something from them that was on "Next Day Delivery" I didn't get the game until a week later.
