Sirius is in talks to merge with XM so you're probably better off buying one of the Sirius units as they will all be the same company eventually.

Sirius is better IMO, I've had both.

Early word I'm hearing is the ruling will most likely be overturned

Agreed but AT&T went through this years ago and was forced to become a bunch of smaller companies such as Lucent.

Now they're inching their way back up again and slowly becoming what they were.

The market goes back and forth so much anymore these days for communications.
