You TV fans gotta have some kind of sweet entertainment system. If you don't have a nice stereo you're missing 1/3 of the show!

I got an old school 27" TV. No HDTV yet.
PlayStation 2 for Grand Theft Auto
Xbox for DVD playing -- I couldn't get a remote for my PS2 to I bought the xBox with the remote kit
Cheap Wal-mart special surround sound system with and RCA to mini-jack (headphone plug) out for my MP3 player.
Lastly a DVR from my cable co -- Love fast forwarding through commercials!!

Since I still live at home my bedroom is my living room too.. So I'm not all that concerned with a knock me over entertainment setup. Once I get out on my own, I'll build a sweet entertainment system.

So what do yous all got in your entertainment center?

A 32 inch Symphonic tv with a DVD play, but it's broken so the DVD tray is just there and can't do anything.

A RCA RS 2523 Audio System 2 Kevlar 3 way speakers
15 watt front speakers and 55 watt super woffer.

haha. that's an old system. the wiring faulty. I have one speaker in a basket on top of the system so i can have clear sound. if i don't one side won't work and all i hear is the beats with out the vocals. the 5 CD tray doesn't even work and i use my PS2 for music.

Xbox 360

PS2

Re: What kind of home system to you all have?

-50" Sony HDTV
-360
-PS3
-Wii
-Phillips DVD Player (Easy to change the settings on Phillips DVD players so that they are region free and I am a big Asian cinema fan so I needed a region free player for some of the movies I import. Use the PS3 for region 1 DVD's now though. But of course if it is on Blu-Ray I no longer care about a DVD version)
-HD-PVR

And no surround sound for me since it isn't something I really care about. Honestly I watch movies, TV and play games at pretty low volumes and my friends always come over bitching that they can't hear anything at the volume settings I use and turn stuff up
