VSO ConvertXtoDVD works extremely well on files like this, it's what I use for theather bootlegs that I watch at home. Just torrent it, don't pay for jack.

there's always the Xbox 360 solution, switch the file type on Xbox for Windows media, convert the files to Windows media(MS wav2 avi). put the file in Windows movie maker and save it to your computer(Large Screen or Small Screen, your choice), right click the file>send to>(D) depending on the size the CD can hold cut down the scenes and make two CD's if needed. the 8MG CD's can hold about 7 Dragonball z episodes.
