any of you guys have this game? you have a favorite team you can beat anyone with or are you the kind that waits for the other guy to pick and use a team that you think will most liky beat him? i'm usually washinton. I get beat on DEF alot. I wasn't happy with the ratings on the game. I spent two days tuning every roster out except for the free agents. I might of boosted some players too much and missed a few that deserved a better rating. I'm the owner of the Timberwolves in the GM mode. I traded almost half the roster and only had enough to sign two free agents, Bonzi Wells and Voshon Lenard. I got Sheldon Williams in the Draft. The only guys i didn't trade is Mark Madsen, KG, Ricky Davis, Rashard McCants, and Trenton Hassel. From the trades i got, Eddie House, Salim stoudimire(From Arizona, of course) Cedrick Simmonds, Deshon Thomson, My starting five is Sheldon Williams, KG, Bonzi Wells(SF), Ricky Davis, and Eddie house. i simulated the first 6 games because i can't play with out some DEF players. we stand 6-1 the game i played i won 120-152. i changed the settings around too much. i'll have to play some more to find a more even playing field for the computer. i set all the shooting rating to 45 for myself and the computer. when the game is over, the computer SG or PG usually gets 30 or 40 points.

NBA Live 07 is pretty crapola compaired to 2k7 Basketball games for me, right now my main game is College Hoops 2k7, best Basketball game I've ever played including the NBA games.
As far as Favorite teams go, I'm pretty much just a stock Raptors guy. I wouldn't trade anyone on that team for the world...besides maybe getting Marshell and Rose back <_<

Live is/was/will always be the only basketball game for me.
It's great.
It was my first game for 360 so I played it alot, but didn't really bother the Dynasty mode until about a hour ago....which is quite coincedental that as soon as I finish and come on this there's a thread made about it! hah.
But yeah, I played the season mode as Portland, I was amazing. I had myself (created player), Amare, Gordon, Rasheed and AI2 as my starters with Francis as the 6th man. I dominated Difficult.
I'm starting now with my Raptors Dynasty, only played one game but seems alight.
In past Live games I usually fail tho' cuz I couldn't really care less for looking after coaches and trainers and shit.

hows the college games? the last NCAA game i've played was for thr NES back in the 90's. the only college games i've played was NCAA football 06. how is College 2K7?

i suggest if you have a bad team, get the cheapest trainer and the cheapest scout. i usually hire the cheapest trainer, and find a good DEF scout. and ii hire a good training head coach and have two or three assistanty coaches. the only think i don't like about thegame is you can only play the Dynesty mode with the set Roster. almost every player stamina sucks.

College Hoops like I said is probably the best Basketball game ive ever played its def worth atleast a rent if you get the chance. The only time I've put it down is playing online with my Monks buddys on Gears of War. The whole Team Unity factor (the more you play a certian line, the more that line gels) and the way you have to work the Career Options of Legacy (pick crappy team and improve it, get job offers for better colleges etc etc etc) really have me hooked. If thats not what your in to, The Open Legacy lets you pick whatever team you want to play with.
Of course theres always the time when I forget to switch up my playing routes and the Computer AI starts clobbering me <_< thats fun

looks like i'm going ot have to cancel getting Scarface and the Godfather to get this game. and i live for making bad teams better. where would the glory be if you kept making a good team good everyyear when every good player wants to play at that school?

That would indeed be the glory lol you can scout people who are like Juniors in high school to, so if you can keep winning with a sub par team (even if you don't win the NCAA tournaments the first year or so, just beat some big names) your signings will more or less will get alot better then if your just got a regular win loss record

and how is the soundtrack for the game?

The Soundtrack for the game is pretty good, It'll repeat itself some times if your spending alot of time doing something like creating a school, other wise the songs are mostly rock and rap. Sound Wise the game is awesome in game if you can get the chant creater going on alot of your own chants it makes it even better (my personal favorites being You Are Overrated, Go Home (which is stock for when you blow out a team at home) and Gimme and F, Gimme a U, Whats that spell? S-U! sadly you can't put F-U and Blue Balls together though theres ways around it apparently)

So, is it create a player to play with these teams, or Coach?
Cuz honestly, 75% of the games I rent are basically just to create a player and do whatever I can with it....just for dramatics.
