Which Will Be Better, HD DVD Or Blu-Ray DVD?

Simple enough, what in your opinion is going to be better.

Blu-Ray or HD DVD?

I'm sticking with DVD for awhile. I will go with HD DVD though.

Been much more impressed with what I have seen from HD-DVD. But I really don't see either becoming the standard. The market seperation will kill them and a different HD format will come along.

But if one does end up becoming the standard I will say HD-DVD for a reason that might sound stupid.....porn. It is a larger industry than the movie industry so while it sounds stupid and people act like it isn't a big deal I could see it being a major factor.

It makes sense as well. Plus I think it has more of an established feel. Just saying HD DVD sounds more natural than saying Blue Ray DVD... SO I think people may feel safer investing into something they have familiarity with.

I don't know if there is the same here, but when I was admin at JVN there was an "Edit Poll" option that let you remove a vote or change the amount of votes (so someone could make it so one option had 67483 votes if they wanted).

I think HD on the whole is on the way up, I don't see that changing soon.

I wish that was true. Blu-ray outsold HD DVD by a large margin in January and February.
