Me and the Mrs. have Sprint PCS. I can tell you it's no worse then any other service out there. They have quality phones and are now getting most of the name brands i.e. Razor, if that matters. The service is better now with the Nextel merger in my opinion and we've had very few issues as of late. The company has been around for quite some time obviously and their customer service has improved by leaps and bound since about 8 years ago when I got my first PCS phone. Does that help at all?

Yes it does.
When I first had PCS the bills were outrageous and the service stunk.
Now that I am in Washington I am hearing good things about them and was hesitant to try the company again after a bad experience with Cingular.
I'm still mulling it over though....my job uses T-Mobile and I have a blackberry so i'm not even sure if I need a new phone.

im with verizon and i love them. cingular was good in the big city but not where i live now. us cellular is just awful if u have even heard of them.
anyways, my friend has sprint and he seems to like it so i would try it but if u want my opinion of what company is the best so far id say Verizon but thats just me

I've heard similar when I was in California but now that I am in Washington their coverage here is not the best.
I'm still evaluating all my options.

Yea, I got verizon too, its good. I get coverage everywhere aroudn here except in teh tunnel underneath boston because the idiots didn't put cell reception in it yet. Teh only othe rplace i dont get it is in the bar down the street because its like abunker

I'd say here in Connecticut, Verizon is the best and Sprint would be 2nd. Right now I have Sprint and it's ok. If you're into the cooler phones though, I'd go with Verizon. I've been contemplating a change for that very reason.
Either way, I bought a sidekick III through t-mobile and the service was total shit. I hate that company. I sent it back.
When I lived in LA, I switched from Verizon to Sprint because the Verizon coverage was terrible where I lived. Then I moved to New York and found the complete opposite to be true, and I switched back to Verizon and the coverage is infinately better. I guess it all really just depends on where you're living.
I don't know much about Sprint. But I have T-mobile and a very nice phone to go with the service (T-Mobile Dash). I get service in the bathroom at work. And there's no windows in the bathroom. I can't tell you how many conversations I've had with people and they have no idea I was on the shitter
