A 14 year old boy from Utah got a little surprise recently when he popped what he thought to be a copy of Madden NFL 2007 into his Xbox360. Instead of the game, it turns out the disc contained porn.
The game was bought by the kids uncle from a CircuitCity in California and was complete with the factory seal and an embossed Madden NFL 07 label on the disc. Both EA and a spokeswoman for that particular store said they have not received any other such complaints. Still, the spokeswoman promised to look into the matter further.
According to next-gen.biz, Utahβs Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Layton police and California authorities have also taken interest and are investigating the case.

i dont see how else it would happen unless it was some idiot at a factory.
Thats what im thinking....In the article it says that it had the madden symbols on the CD and the information was filled with porn.
So im guessing it was some dumbass who thought it would be funny if he put Cum Guzzling Whores: Limited Edition instead of Madden '07 as the information the XBox reads.
So it must be the programmers fault.

The kid is very smart. He got a porn from his mate and after he watched it a few hundred times, he went to his parents and acted like it just happend. They will sue EA and possibly get some cash out of this deal, and he got to wack off to a solid DVD.
that is just crazy lol i think as a parent i would have flipped out if i bought that for austin and it was porn.
