Zune is going through some initial problems and the Ipod name has got so big that people assume it is the best when there are much better products on the market like the Creative Zen.

Only problem i have with these MP3 players is the battery is built in so if you have a problem with just the battery, the whole unit has to be sent off to be fixed where if it was normal batteries then all you need to do is replace them.

i purchased a zune and i am way happier with it then i ever was with my ipod. but that could just be because im biased cuz i just bought it but so far i love it.
