The $115 price of the Samsung is about what I want to spend at a max. Spending up to $150 won't kill me, but I rarely take pictures. When I do take them, I want them to look good. That's the unfortunate problem with my current UMAX camera (which has been given to my parents) ... the pictures look like crap. So ultimately while the Philips Camera is only 3 Megapixels, it does boast some impressive features and reviews do say that the quality is decent and it looks freaking cool as hell. I'd feel like a pimp pulling that camera out of my back pocket.
Is it wrong, that I like the looks of the cheaper one so I'd rather have that? Well, here's my take. Either way the pictures should come out decent, you probably just want to be using it at like parties and shit w/ friends right?
Plus, the cheap one has a rechargable battery.. that's pretty tight. I like that one.

Right. That's kind of my thought too. The cheaper one looks absolutely bad ass. I mean, it'd be like Fred Astaire was there taking pictures.
I don't know anything about camera's though so I can't decide.
I'd say if you like the cheap one and it does its job then go for it.
I'm pretty sure my camera was a cheap one {it was a birthday present so i don't know} and the picture quality on mine is fantastic, just look at all the 1PW pictures, all taken with my camera.
Remember, expensive isn't always best.

They look to both be around the same size, and although they are the Philips may look better, they both look better then a lot of phones out there. If you go with the Samsung, you will still have a more stylish camera than a lot of people.
I'm pathetic. I ordered both. Comparison shots to come soon!
