I don't really play a story more than once, but if I do I will go up a level to test myself.

Do Single Player games count? Cause it would be pretty commen for me if Single Player Games counted. If fact alot of people if you ask me.
Normally I start the game on a tough difficulty as a way to make the game last a bit longer. Most single player campaigns have things that you need to collect through single player, usually I will play it again on easy just to collect those items.

I'm fairly certain the only story modes I've played more than once have been GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas.
edit- Hitman: Blood Money as well.

Yea single players games count.But still I think in order for somemne to say they beat a game they either need to beat all difficulties or just play the game on the highest difficulty first and then you can say you beat the game.
