I been experiencing video card problems when I play Call of Duty 4 and I want someone to help me out on this issue. Here's the problem. After 30 seconds when the game starts, I experience .5 second delays about 10 times. Later on, the card either does this: the video card starts slowing down at 30 fps or it feels like something's loading on your computer, interfering with the game. I need to know what's going on with the card and how to fix it.
