If you spend most of your evenings re-watching last week’s Eastenders and getting your head around Auntie’s worryingly Partridge-esque football League Show in BBC iPlayer on your computer, then good news: The Beeb is beginning beta testing on Freesat in September with a public launch scheduled for before Christmas.
BBC’s iPlayer is already supported by a number of platforms, including the Virgin + box, mobile phones and more recently Sony PlayStation. And anyone who buys a new Sony PS3 Slim or downloads the 3.0 firmware update for their current PS3 will be able to get access to iPlayer and the previous week’s shows (including all that Eastenders shouting).
Good news then for busy people who want to play catch-up on their favourite shows.
I like the iplayer as the quality is always good and i've yet to experience a problem with it however i don't have freesat so i'll be sticking with the PC to watch it To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
