Heres some screen shots that have just been released (yesterday), theres lots of speculation over at GTA forums right now, the place is buzzing over this shit, especially coming up to the trailer release on Tuesday. I cant wait for this, allready this looks so much more epic than TLAD.

If this yacht is accessible in the game, it would be brilliant, this is apart of a mission though, info was leaked from a recent convention is las vegas, some guys played 2 missions as part of a demo, although most cut scenes were skipped by way of a computer (to not leak any of the storyline of course).

Not available on the PS3 from what I've read. Not that I care, I'm not intrested in handing over more money for the same GTA city I've played in for the past year.

Rockstar will be releasing GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty city that contains both The Lost & Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Note: this does not contain a copy of the original GTA IV.
You can alternatively, if you have TLAD, download it from XBL market place.
Heres the trailer, which is fucking awesome.

No, Vice city was awesome, but theres all ready been two GTA's that have been set in VC, I say London, or maybe another one based in San Andreas.
