Dominating in the sense of overall numbers of units sold, but you have to look at who uses the Wii and for what. Young kids use it and people use it for the workout stuff.
360 game sales dwarf those of Wii and PS3, and XBox Live is without peer.
And yeah, Microsoft is killing Sony. It's sold nearly 10 million more systems worldwide than the PS3, and nearly 7 million more in just the US alone.
Im not a nintendo supporter by any means, but yes Nintendo is winning the next gen race by a far margin. Sales is the determining factor in all this. The fact of the matter is, is that the Wii is a "true" gaming console. What i mean by that is, it doesnt all the bells and whistles to make it appealing. In reality the X-box 360 and PS3 glorified computers/DVD players that also play video games. Also, using the stereotypical "nintendo is for young kids" is kind of a lame excuse. I am 21 and I play Wii when i go over by my friends house.
Xbox is fucking dank and if you've seen the videos for Project Natal..you probably came farther than me...and I hit 15 yard markers.
What? To quote Sam Jackson in Pulp Fiction: English, motherfucker! You speak it?

I've played the Wii too, but other than Wii Fitness and Wii Sports, they still market like 90% of their games to kids under 12. I mean, have you seen Madden? The players look like cartoon characters! They look like anorexic bobbleheads.
Nintendo is always going to sell big in Japan. They're the home team. But when people talk video games it's Xbox and Playstation.
