I have both a PS3 and a 360, and I honestly go through spurts with playing them both. I played my PS3 when I had MGS4 and TW09, and it's been a few months since I've played it. It'll gain usage once I get Assassin's Creed II and FF13.
But yeah, I understand what you mean, Freak. There isn't a WHOLE lot of PS3 Exclusive stuff at the moment that justifies owning it. And if you're only into sports games, then having a PS3 doesn't make much sense considering you are happy playing the original XBox.
That's the other thing -- I don't own an HDTV, so the machine was kind of going to waste. Also, when playing sports games, half the time I couldn't even read the guys' rating numbers... this of course made NCAA College Hoops more interesting, considering I know little about college basketball to begin with.
I'm happy with my ps3, but I know what you mean about all the bugs in the games. They are trying to churn them out so damn fast they just suck and make them no fun to play. I hated my 360 though and am glad to be rid of it.
yeah alot of games now make it so you almost have to have an HDTV jsut to play them. i hated Dead Rising on 360 when i had a regular tv cuz i couldn't read anything but then i got an hdtv and decided to replay it and it was awesome. jerks trying to make people spend more money.
Ya I finally got an hdtv I coudlnt even read any of the stats for nba live, made the game almost impossible to play because I couldnt even tell what the score was or how much time was left
