The point on Couture makes a lot of sense though, if has a contract with EA already then he will likely be the first name in the hat for the game.

Pretty sure Couture's contract with EA is why he isn't in Undisputed. I could see them going moreso after individual fighters than promotions.

True they have those MMA figures where some guys are actually from UFC. But I think they had non UFC people too...

My point is.. they don't really own the licensing to the fighters that compete on their shows, so how would EA go about obtaining those rights? Others suggested, "EA could get Affliction.." Ok.. they'd have to sign each fighter though on an individual basis.
