Yeah, it's confirmed that there is going to be a create a fighter mode. The producer people verified it in some Q&A. I think you make him and then move up the ranks in the UFC and such. Much like how the WWE games work.

Its pretty cool that Crocop is in the game. I seriously doubt that the game will have a "low blow resistance" rating... but if it did, Crocop would have to be in the negatives.
