Ipod question

Is there anyway to take music from a CD and put it onto my iPod? I have my CD playing in my iTunes Libary by the way. Its driving me crazy because this is my fav CD. I dont want to download it all, and I dont want to buy all 40 songs from apple when I already have them. ( Its a two disc box set) Help anyone?

there should be a button at the button right that says IMPORT

click that and it rips teh songs from the cd to ur library then proceed like normal.
