I just read on hiphopsite.com that Jay-Z (he's a rapper, for the hip-hop illiterate out there) is considering buying a stake in Arsenal. Don't know how true it is, but that would be pretty interesting.

I wonder if he'll have the same backlash as Glazer had...

Back to Jay Z, I heard this story a few days ago. I haven't a clue why he decided on Arsenal, I would have throught it would be more likley he'd invest in Chelsea.

Couldn't invest in Chelsea could he? Roman is 100% owner and that's never going to change and he certainly doesn't need backers or investors. No idea what Arsenal's situation is. He should invest in Palace lol !!!

I suppose that's true. I haven't a clue what Arsenals financial situation is like either. They should do well in the future, since they'll be moving to their new stadium next season - which will probably bring in more cash for them with a much needed increased capacity stadium. Maybe that's what Jay Z's advisors have looked at - because lets face it Jay Z himself isn't gunna go "hummm I know I'll invest in Arsenal FC!"<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

I'm surprised the Man Utd 'faithful' aren't blaming Glazer for their piss poor peformances this year. I heard that hes agreed to raid Bayern at the end of the year because the team are going down the pan and relying on the so called Wonderboy who is anything but this season.
