» Regarding recently released WWE star Gene Snitsky's future prospects in wrestling, they don't look too good. Snitsky probably would have gotten regular in Japan in another era due to his tremendous size, or perhaps even in Mexico, but the foreign groups are employing few Americans these days, so his odds aren't good. As Tyson Tomko can attest to, he returned to the states because he was having trouble finding regular work in Japan. For foreigners to get work in Mexico these days, they either have to be particularly talented or have some really good connections as the regulars don't like them coming in and taking their jobs. Regarding TNA, there doesn't appear to be much interest him there unless someone influential in the company such as Jeff Jarrett or Kurt Angle strongly pitches for him. Snitsky will probably just wind up on the U.S. indy circuit and doing appearances at various wrestling conventions.
Would they sign him? Probally not, will they sign him? I hope to god not, hes horrible, he can't wrestle worth a shit and his gimmick sucked. Good riddence, let him stay far away where i can't see him.

It seems to me, though, as if the amount of WWE guys whom were not World Heavyweight champions who are in TNA is dramatically decreasing through out the years.

That is true to be fair, but the signing of Nathan Jones seems to suggest they would sign anybody. Matt Morgan never did anything in WWE either, but you could also make the argument that TNA see some potential in guys who were not used right in WWE. I certainly wouldn't be against the signing of Elijah Burke, for example.
I have no problem with them signing ex-WWE guys, but they need to pick the right guys. Morgan and Jones are not the right guys imo.

Lmao! It really does give me a bad feeling that they sign all these ex-WWE stars because soon enough they will even be picking up the terrible athletes such as Snitsky like they did with Jones. You wouldn't think they would get him because they already have quite a few big guys who aren't that great either (Jones and Morgan being the two names that come up first) so I hope they don't get Snitsky!

I personally enjoy Matt Morgan and both see and hope for a bright future for him in the wrestling world. He kind of strikes me as a more charismatic Brock Lesnar who is above average in the ring but has the build to be a star. Nathan Jones, I'll admit, is horrible and whomever picked him up is brain damaged.
Really? No I wouldn't like this Snitsky really isn't that great of a wrestler in my opinion but he could pull off a team with someone like Abyss or Matt Morgan.
