This Thursday night, TNA Wrestling returns to SpikeTV for a very special Christmas edition of "iMPACT!", featuring your favorite superstars in action.
The below is a preview for what you will see on the show:
- The X Division Championship Tournament continues with a semi-final match, with the winners advancing to the final bout for the gold at the Genesis PPV on Sunday, January 11: Chris Sabin of The Motor City Machineguns vs. TNA newcomer Kiyoshi
- Plus, a special Santa's Workshop Knockout Streetfight will take place with Roxxi, Taylor Wilde, Christy Hemme, ODB, Sojourner Bolt, Rhaka Khan, Raisha Saeed and Awesome Kong
- "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles will team with Brother Devon of Team 3D to battle TNA Legends Champion Booker T and "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner
- A special sitdown interview is scheduled with Jeff Jarrett regarding the intense situation that occurred on iMPACT! when Kurt Angle threatened his daughters and tried to intimidate the TNA Founder, causing Jarrett to snap!
- Plus, in the "iMPACT!" main event it will be Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle vs. "The War Machine' Rhino

I dont mean to be a downer, but is anyone actually going to watch TNA? I mean its Christmas, I wouldnt even watch WWE, much less TNA on this night!

Hopefully they give Chris Sabin's match alot of time, although I am still pissed off at TNA bringing in that Japanese guy, whats his character/gimmick suposed to be? He's Japanese? Could be a good match though...
Knockout Street fight~! That is WAY overused, they have one every two weeks by the looks of things and its always the same old knockouts in them doing the same old shit. I think they should stop using them and just have good singles/tag action then for a special event use the street fight to hype their match more. You know something is wrong with booking when is two of the same match two weeks straight. Oh wait, its a santa's workshop street fight, that changes everything completely, my bad >_>
Not really fussed about AJ/Devon Vs Steiner/Booker. Might be able to see a good move or two but the match won't flow, I hope they don't continue to have Steiner and Booker team because they don't mix well at all.
Jeff Jarrett intervew could be alright, I didn't see what went down with him and Angle last week but by the sounds of things Angle pissed him off. This is something that could be interesting but you wouldn't just tune in to see this...
Kurt Angle Vs Rhino could be a good match but the sad thing is you just know there will be and interfence or 4. The MEM will probably get involved and maybe even give him the Brother Ray treatment, then they could just get Devon and the Frontline will be what it originally was, I like Rhino in there but still. Hopefully the match gets some good time before its interupted anyways.
Curryman is gone, that means I have a good reason to watch Impact because I am awaiting the Fallen Angel! And lol at Impact being on Christmas Day,

A Muta gimmick? God that would be meh, just come in as the same old Christopher Daniels and help our the young blood (even though he isn't young at all). Also, TNA looks pretty good this week. They're wrestling has been pretty on the dot as of late, and I don't have a lot to complain about it at all. I'm just hoping the angles can come out well because TNA has always had a problem with either making it too cheesy or way too over done.
