He has photos of himself kissing Val on his MySpace page, and even has one as his front page photo. You can see the photos at the following link. Burke commented on his relationship with the TNA Knockout in a blog post:

Well, since some of you have heard, asked or seen the pics in the tagged photos section (and who knows where else), I have only this to say," I Love Val, she is my friend, and whatever happened between her and I, will stay between us." ~ Pope has Spoken!..
Hopefully this will lead to something for Burke and TNA I'd love it personally.
