Now Im not saying that I hate Christy, in fact this same kind of underdog storyline she is in now that made me a fan of now, WWE's Gail Kim, and WWE Diva Candice. However, TNA set up a pretty good looking rivalry on paper between Rhaka Khan and Kong. Kong for the firsr time ever was matched up against a Knockout who had similar strength, had more speed, and was about three inches taller. Besides its not like we havent seen an underdog knockout storyline before. In a way, this storyline mimics the same one Gail Kim went through. Since joining up with Kong, Khan has really done nothing to note, but as Kongs rival she could be doing so much more.
Anyhow, I guess Im asking, would you rather have Khan vs Kong right now or Hemme vs Kong?
lol I think they both really suck. Honestly, the Knockout Division is horribly overrated. Not many of them can actually wrestle. Khan is just boring and pointless, and Hemme is only useful as a heel valet. As a face wrestler? lmao.

Rhaka Khan is one of the worst knockouts in the division. Her height is a hindrance... it's to the point where I'd be worried about opponents safety in the ring and that's not good.
Christy... it's someone that can have drawing power and interest people to watch this match. She may not seen as a 'wrestler' but god damn it, as long as she has someone that can carry her throughout the match she can put on a decent-good performance.

That's pretty much the fucking point of being the underdog face, NOBODY believes she can beat the champion. Isn't that what the underdog is, someone people believe will lose?
Not really. The underdog should at least have a CHANCE believably.
Underdog means you have little to no chance of winning. That's the way Christy has been built recently. On iMPACT! she needed an assist from Styles to take Kong down for the fall. On paper, Awesome Kong wins. But this isnt on paper, if it was Rey Mysterio would never have beaten half the amount of people he actually has. Nothing gets more support for a wrestler like an underdog gimmick especially when they go against someone like Awesome Kong.
The reason it is Christy Hemme in the title match and not Rhaka Khan is simply fan reaction. Everytime Hemme is in the ring she has nearly the full support of the fans in attandance. When Rhaka Khan was faceing off against Kong, nobody cared about her. In the ring is a similar story, Christy Hemme can produce a good match with a decent amount of crowd reaction provided her opponent is good or better than her. Rhaka Khan would need a miracle worker to produce a good match against anyone.
Christy Hemme was the right choice and the only logical choice for the next opponent for Kong. Kong has beaten literally everyone she could have faced at Final Resolution at some point. ODB & Roxxi have been beaten a lot by her. Even Taylor Wilde eventually lost to her. Considering the Beautiful People are heel's like Kong and what i said earlier about Rhaka Khan, Christy Hemme was the only choice. Hemme had been playing the aspiring to improve wrestler for the past few weeks so it was no suprise that she wanted to try her luck against Kong.

I say that they ditch the Raisha Shad gimmick and give us Cheerleader Melissa. Honestly TNA fans mark for anything....they would surely love Cheerleader Melissa.
Rhaka Khan and Christy are both terrible. But my opinion I don't think fans would really get behind Khan. Christy is a former WWE girl and a hot chick...sadly that is why more fans would get behind her?
But honestly I think fans are going to more so cheer Kong over Hemme or Khan. She is one of those heels that seemed to be liked by the fans.
