Is it time for Abyss to step aside and move on to another company or should TNA get real and make him a force once again it seems as of late he's become a giant pussy afraid of his own shadow and a mockery of what he used to be.
He used to be a wrecking machine now he's afraid to even use weapons???
The afraid to use weapons angle is pretty good if it actually goes somewhere. When they signed Foley I assumed they were going to use Foley to restore the monster in him, but it doesn't look like that is happening now. I still believe Abyss has a lot to offer the company and is underrated in the ring, although he seems to be a bit worse now than he was before his return. Anyway, hopefully we will see some sort of interesting angle regarding his refusal to use weapons eventually. I think they should keep him around.

It's pretty obvious eventually they'll have him flip out and crush someone hardcore style.. this angle will help instill a little shock factor back into the Abyss character. "When will he snap? Who'll be the one he eventually goes berserk on?"
That sort of thing. Only think I don't like about Abyss right now is his tag team with Morgan.. I'm not a fan of "The Blueprint" whatsoever, at least not in TNA.

I'm not either. He can be pretty good on the mic, but in the ring he doesn't really interest me and his gimmick seems like a generic muscular guy. He is hardly the ''blueprint'' for the perfect wrestler when guys who look like him are a dime a dozen. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. Maybe it will be Foley who makes Abyss get hardcore again. Imagine Abyss being with the new guys against the MEM, and Foley trying to turn him into a monster again so he does maximum damage. That would be great.

That would be the prefect route.. Foley taking an interest in Abyss, cutting a wicked promo to psyche up Abyss, drawing parallels between them.. the hardcore lifestyle and such. Could be awesome. As long as it leads to more Abyss / Kurt Angle matches, I'm all for it. Can you imagine those two in a wild ass street fight?

It's his new gimmick, I like it some what, but i am waiting for him to turn on Morgan, feud with him for a while. And then i wanna see one of my dream matches, which is Foley vs Abyss in a Barbed Wire Massacre match, that would be fucking EPIC.
