With Christian Cage being destroyed by the MEM, clearing the way for his probable return to WWE, the Main Event Mafia is back to 5 members. Considering the amount of young guys who have given Joe/AJ their support, it seems obvious that more guys will be joining the Mafia soon, but who?
Within TNA, there are not many guys who would fit the bill, but a shocking Jeff Jarrett turn is certainly on the cards in my opinion. As for those from outside the company, could TNA possibly sign any more huge names, such as Sid or even Goldberg for this angle?

Hopefully No Body, I don't want TNA to make the Faction mistake (NWO) that WCW did. With having the whole roster in the feud, But if i would choose somebody, I would like for Beer Money to join.

I'd like Beer Money to work for the Mafia but not become official members, because it really wouldn't make sense for two guys who have only got mainstream exposure in TNA to join a faction talking about paying their dues elsewhere and being huge stars etc. I would like Beer Money to say that they agree with everything the Main Event Mafia have said, and that most of the young punks in the back don't have any respect for the stars who paved the way for them to enter the business, but they do. They wouldn't actually join, just feud with the young guys on AJ/Joe's side and help the Mafia members when they are in trouble.

Jarrett joining wouldn't make much sense since it was the "Shoot" between Jarrett and Angle that led to all this.
The only other wrestler I want to see join the faction is Rhino.
Yea if Jarrett joined it wouldn't make any sense at all, Mick Foley joining MEM would be awesome to see IMO, and have Jeff Jarrett vs Mick Foley at some PPV (Lockdown?) winner takes TNA.

I honestly liked it when it was just Sting, Angle, Nash and Booker.. good main event foursome. Steiner being ripped away from his angle with Petey sucked, as I thought they made a cool tag team and the whole "Little Petey Pump actually had me giving a rats ass about Petey Williams. Stinger as the reluctant stand offish legend, Angle as the asshole leader, Nash and the muscle and Booker as the filler material.. perfect stable.
Honestly, the originals side of things to me has to many players. AJ and Joe as the leaders, Eric Young and Black Machismo as the die hard followers, The Guns as the rebellious factor as they are now, then have maybe one more.. say Petey. Why Creed and ODB keep cluttering up the group is beyond me as Creed blows and the Knockouts have nothing to do with the angle.
So yeah.. poo on Steiner being introduced. But since he is there, giving him a permanent tag team wouldn't hurt. Rhino's name being brought up surprisingly peaked my interest. Scotty and rhino have the Detroit connection, they have similar styles, Rhino is in desperate need of a heel turn.. could be an effective tag team combo.

It wouldn't be completely nonsensical. They could easily do it if they wanted to, maybe even saying that Jarrett's comments in the 'shoot' were to motivate these guys and make them take a stand against the young disrespectful guys who are taking the spotlight, or trying to. It is unlikely though, sure. Then again this is TNA, and it would be shocking booking, which they kind of aim for.
Rhino in the group would suck because he isn't famous enough, although he could sure do with a heel turn.

I think Steiner was a great addition. The promo he cut on Impact a couple of weeks ago to open the show was great. He is hilarious and entertaining on the mic, and his character really fits in with this whole angle. The Main Event Mafia vs the Young TNA Originals SHOULD be a big angle which involves a high percentage of the roster rather than a faction war of sorts, so I approve of them adding more guys if they work. Steiner certainly works as part of this elitist group in my opinion, and he has already added to the angle and made it better. It should seem like the MEM is growing stronger and stronger and the young guys don't have a chance.

I'm just saying, in terms of the TNA Originals side of things.. it should be the best of TNA's home grown stars. AJ, Joe, The Guns, Eric Young, Abyss, Lethal, Daniels, Low Ki, AMW (God they'd fit perfectly in this angle, you talk about home grow stars).. seeing ODB and that Creed kid out there just seems to make the originals side look random and midcard-esk.
*shrug*
AJ, Joe, Christopher Daniels and maybe Abyss should be the face of the Originals faction seeing as those four are easily the most successful home grown talents still employed by TNA.
