Ecw is probably the best show WWE has wrestling wise and one of the worst creative wise. Also, TNA's product just picked up three weeks ago.It takes time to be on the level with the two hour shows that have been around since before NWA funded the creation of TNA.
I agree with you there, TNA really has been red-hot these past 3 weeks, the most consistent I've ever seen it be in a long time. In due time the rating will probably increase, but it's going to be a very slow build process. 1.1 has been the rating TNA has been getting every week for a long time, give or take .1/.2, they just need to expand on that loyal fanbase they already have.
That could be one reason, but then again is Sting really a heel? TNA is getting the fans involved and making them choose sides because both sides in this war have good points. I can see how the Younger Generation got TNA up and running and I can see how wrestling wouldnt be as popular if it wasnt for the monday night wars, which everyone in the MEM was involved in. That is something that WWE doesnt have going for them right now. Eveything is so clear cut in that company, which can make TNA the better product right now.
He didn't say better ratings, he said good ratings. 1.1 is good, and most recently they've been pulling 1.0 or less. They got 1.2 last week so they are on the up and up.
