Turning Point: TNA World Championship- Sting (c) vs AJ Styles
Ever since Sting has returned, he has shown disrespect to the guys who have helped build TNA. He claims he wants respect, yet he gives none of it. Well the youngsters, led by AJ Styles and Samoa Joe wave had enough. This war is just beginning. With Sting defeating Samoa Joe for the TNA World Championship at Bound For Glory last month, AJ Styles will now go into battle, hoping to not only take the belt, but take control of TNA for the young guys, who have helped make TNA what it is today.
Will Sting keep the title for the Main Event Mafia? Or will AJ lead the young guns with the belt around his waist?

You can't really say Sting doesn't deserve the belt. He's a great legend and has produced so many good matches, it's not even funny. He may haven't been worthy of it because of his last few years of wrestling, but meh. He's still great in my eyes. Just because he's getting old, and can't show up to EVERY PPV, doesn't mean he shouldn't be champ. I mean... okay it does, but I'm saying.. the only reason he actually deserves it is because he's a legend, and he's BEEN a great wrestler for a while now. But on the other hand, AJ is significantly better than Sting now, and he would be a great World Champion. He hasn't had a World Championship since the beginning of TNA, hasn't he?

CGS RECORD (2-0-0)
I WOULD HAVE BEEN 3-0-0 BUT CGS WENT UNDER.
I have to say, I'm begining to come back around to liking TNA a bit more with this angle. I love the whole us vs them feel to it, and some wrestlers shine in a situation like that.
That said, it would be so dumb to have AJ win this. The key to making this angle great is to have the MEM dominate the fued early on, then near the end for the good guys to pull it all together for the big win. I'd prefer it if all the MEM members won their matches, just to show they are "superior", it would be the best way to add to this fued. I mean, the whole premises of the fued is that the younger guys aren't "worthy", so it wouldn't make a lot of sense for them to look so strong this early on.

That's what I was thinking. It would really kill the momentum of the feud at such an early stage.
The feud's should see the younger guys loosing at first, and disputing amongst themselves until they finally find a way to overcome the odds and it will have a bigger feeling once they win, if it happens later rather than sooner.
Sting will probably win here, which is why I think they could've waited to have AJ face him one on one. Steve's idea of booking this feud sounds great, and I hope TNA books it something like that, but idk. I'm actually looking forward to this match, even though I know there will be interferences...etc.

I didn't bother to think of that. Go book TNA. Now. >_>
It'd be quite awesome seeing it go down that way.

Sting will win, though I think it'd be pretty cool for AJ to win the belt again. It'd be dumb to put the belt on AJ after Sting just won it two weeks ago, though. Also, like others said, it'll kill a lot of the momentum this feud has going for it right now if the Originals get such a big win so early in the feud.
