This week’s edition of TNA iMPACT drew a 1.2 rating on Spike TV, up from their usual 1.1 rating. This was the company’s first broadcast in HD and featured the all-new redesigned Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida.
The highest rated segment featured the Mick Foley/Sting verbal exchange which popped a 1.22 rating. The lowest rated segment featured the Motor City Machine Guns vs. Tanahashi and Volador.
The main event match of Kurt Angle vs. Abyss which featured Scott Steiner’s return drew a 1.18 rating, meaning the show retained most of the audience that tuned in for Foley and Sting.
A nice increase seeing as last weeek they got like 1.07
Hopefully it continues with a continuing better product.
Yes let's hope so! 1.2 is good for TNA, i don't think they got 1.2s like 10 times yet.. let's hope the ratings keep rising, we want the new wrestling war!
TNA>WWE right now. Never thought the words would come out of my mouth. You know what would make ratings even higher? AJ Styles for TNA World Champ. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

CGS RECORD (2-0-0)
I WOULD HAVE BEEN 3-0-0 BUT CGS WENT UNDER.
This last weeks show was a step in the right direction. At first I, along with everyone else, looked at the "young guys vs. old guys" feud and figured "Russo rehash." But honestly, it's turning out pretty good. Between Eric Young getting serious and putting on a fantastic match with James Storm and the huge emphasis of building the Guns as a real part of the show.. awesome. Also, did anyone notice the cool reaction of Petey Williams when Steiner hit the ring? Avoiding him? I hope that's brought up as their little "group" never officially broke up since Steiner's injury.
In the end I'd love to see Joe and the Guns turn mega heel on the young guys and have it be a huge three way faction warfare sort of thing. I say this becasue Joe sucks in this weird angry tweener face role he's in now.. an uber feud between Joe and AJ is exactly what TNA needs right now.

Eric Young going over Storm was a typically terrible idea, but everything else was pretty good. Good to see the product improving, because WWEs doesnt look like doing so anytime soon.

Young being serious can only be a good thing.
And the Guns stuff was awesome. They featured in what; four, five segments? That's freaking awesome.
