Seeing as Final Resolution is only days away i figured we would have a look at the history of the people on the card this year.

Sting is yet to compete in a singles match at Final Resolution. In 2006 he teamed with Christian Cage to defeat Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown while in 2007 he lost a three way to Christian Cage. Abyss was the third man.

Kevin Nash has twice failed to get a win at Final Resolution. Losing a three way in 2005 to DDP and Monty Brown before losing in 2008 in a tag title match against AJ Styles and Tomko.

Booker T is a perfect 1-0 at Final Resolution. He defeated Robert Roode and Traci Brooks in a tag match in 2008.

AJ Styles has won three of his four Final Resolution matches. His sole loss coming against Rhino in 2007.

Samoa Joe has not won at Final Resolution since 2006 when he beat Christopher Daniels.

Team 3D have lost two of their three Final Resolution matches. The only win coming in 2008 in a six man with Johnny Devine against the Motor City Machine Guns and Jay Lethal.

Kurt Angle is 2-0 at Final Resolutions. Victories over Samoa Joe and Christian Cage in 2007 and 2008.

Rhino defeated AJ Styles in 2007 but lost to Abyss in 2006 at the event.

Robert Roode has never won a tag match at Final Resolution but has won in singles action. In 2006 he defeated Ron Killings but lost in 2005 to America’s Most Wanted and in 2008 to Booker T and Sharmell.

James Storm has wrestled at four previous Final Resolution events. He has won every time. Defeating Team Canada and Team 3D in back to back years with Chris Harris. The defeating Petey Williams and Eric Young in singles action.

Abyss has lost in two of his three Final Resolution matches. His only win came in 2006 against Rhino.

Eric Young is 0-2 at Final Resolution, both losses to James Storm. Once in singles action and once in tag action.

Alex Shelley has won twice at Final Resolution. In 2006 he won a six man tag while in 2007 he defeated Austin Starr. Shelley along with Chris Sabin both lost in 2008. Chris Sabin had beaten Christopher Daniels and Jerry Lynn the year before but lost in 2006 to Alex Shelley’s team and in 2005 to AJ Styles and Petey Williams in Ultimate X.

LAX are undefeated at Final Resolution. Defeating the Rock ‘n’ Rave Infection in 2008 and Team 3D in 2007.

The Rock ‘n’ Rave Infection have lost their only prior appearance at Final Resolution. 2008 against LAX.

Jay Lethal has also lost his only appearance at Final Resolution, a six man tag against Team 3D and Johnny Devine.

Sonjay Dutt has had even less luck. He lost to Elix Skipper in 2005 before losing the six man tag in 2006.

Petey Williams is aswell 0-2 at Final Resolution, losing in Ultimate X in 2005 and then to James Storm in 2007.

BG James is unbeaten at Final Resolution, having won both his previous tag matches. In 2005 against Kazarian, Matt Bentley and Christopher Daniels and in 2006 against the Diamonds in the Rough.

Cute Kip has only one appearance to his name and it was a winning effort in 2006 against the Diamonds in the Rough.

Awesome Kong lost the Knockouts title on her only other Final Resolution appearance. Her first loss in TNA against Gail Kim.

Sharmell won her only previous Final Resolution match. A Mixed tag with Booker T against Robert Roode and Traci Brooks.

Scott Steiner, Matt Morgan, Sheik Abdul Bashir, Roxxi, Taylor Wilde, The Beautiful People, Christy Hemme, ODB, Consequences Creed, Curry Man and Shark Boy are making their Final Resolution debuts.
