As much as we love Curry Man its not going to last forever. It will get old & the reactions will die down. Before that happens TNA should take advantage of his current popularity. A little backstory first, Curry Man has competed in both Steel Asylum matches to date. In eac match he came close to winning.
My idea for him is to have him win the next time out. It will be a number one contenders match for the X-Division title as per usual. Curry Man makes the escape & celebrates atop the Asylum. Starting the next week on iMPACT! he goes into a feud with the X-Division champion, lets say Sonjay Dutt because he's a heel who i expect to win the title in the next year. Dutt cheats to retain the title at the PPV but Curry Man gets a second chance the month after. Curry Man wins the title & is joined in the ring by Super Eric & Shark Boy for celebrations.
At that point Curry Man starts to remove his mask but Eric & Shark Boy stop him doing so. Two weeks later he tries again but Shark Boy again stops him. He successfully defends the title against Dutt at the next PPV, while Eric & Shark Boy are down on the outside due to whatever. Curry Man see's his opening. He hesistates but begins to remove the mask until Eric again stops him. After exchanging words, Curry Man agrees to leave. As Eric turns towards the ropes Curry Man hits him in the back with the title belt. Unopposed Curry Man removes the mask to reveal his identity.
On the next iMPACT! he can brag about how he tricked everyone & eventually reclaimed what is rightfully his. Eric interupts him saying something about Daniels the fans for fools & taking Eric for a fool. The arguement continues until they come to blows. Neither man comes out with the upper hand. The next week Daniels defends against & defeats Shark Boy one on one. Super Eric is next in line at the next PPV.
In a few short months we get an X-Division led by Chris Daniels, Sonjay Dutt, Eric Young, Shark Boy & the current talent to back them up. Anyone got a better idea?
