if it would ever happen i think that would be a great team, however... who would turn heel/face, beer money is great as heel, so is flair, but how about morgan? we haven't gotten to see a heel morgan yet and beer money and flair are great heels, however i don't think beer money face is a good idea either To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. Naturally, this would probably work best as a heel stable but they could certainly lean it toward being 'centrist' .. positioned in the middle. For Matt Morgan a heel turn would be seamless.
Yes, a smooth transition. Look at his babyface mannerisms. He's a cocky guy. It's not a stretch that the role he plays on the show could be turned heel in an instant.
that's true... i forgot about the cocky factor...i dunno i personally think morgan would just kinda feel left out i don't know why but he just seems left out in that bunch.. maybe have..nevermind after looking at the roster no one else could do it, but do you really think it would work? i mean DX reunion was shit.. and DX was "HUGE"
DX was shit because it was two or the most popular (but clearly aging) superstars teaming back up and running around burying their foes all the while acting as if they were juveniles utilizing pathetic potty humor. It didn't help anyone.
This does. Yes, it's Flair doing what Flair has always done.. but it's also elevating 3 potential superstars by rolling with one of the true legends of the industry.
Shawn Michaels was not willing to do things he did during the first run. It just didn't have that edge to it.
A new DX could have been great. They needed to bring in some younger stars to it though and give it a different feel. It seemed they were trying to protect the integrity of the original DX and in doing so, ruined it instead.
A new Horsemen could work.
Have 3 younger stars along with Ric Flair? That sounds like a winner to me.
It can be done, the question is will they do it right.
