Aparently it's Kaz. But im having second thoughts based on the fact that it sounds nothing like him. When we see him in the ring we will have a better idea of who it is. Low-Ki did the voice over & motion capture for Suicide in the TNA Videogame. If he's a smaller guy, thats where my money goes.
