TNA does have a lot of people on its roster, some weeks we see MCMG some weeks we dont (for example). this isnt always a bad thing, in this case they can deal with someone getting injured like scott steiner. but could this lead into TNA breaking up into different sections like smackdown, raw and ecw. i hope not, TNA is fine the way it is.
your thoughts and opinions...
MCMG not showing week is a dreadful thing lol, But seriously there are not to many people on the roster. They have enough people to have specialty matches like 6-man tag and 4 way amtches to still have enough guys on the roster to book the rest of the show. Maybe they could form some tag teams with some guys to cut it down a little and establish the tag division a little better

Re: tna - too many people on the roster
I don't really like the idea of actually WANTING these guys to lose their jobs but, in some weird macabre fantasy world where I am running TNA (God and Griff would "love" my version) I'd have to "put on garden leave" Black Reign, Kip James and Consequences Creed.
Reign, because I don't think anything of the character, doesn't interest me at all.
Kip, just hopeless, no point to having him there unless he's tandemed with BG (BG just about survives because I think his mic quality could lead to something else, be it colour commentary/manager/whatever)
Creed, just because (for me) they called him up with no fixed idea for where he fit in and now he's just a talented guy called up with no angle and consistently winning nothing. No point him being there at the moment and it's just making him look a jobber for life at present. Call him up again when you have an angle for him.
Others will know this, but I hope Crystal isn't gone for good for Lauren. Crystal was developing very well and, jeez you had to love her for her Curry Man dancing.
I would leave Sharmell at home too since I am no fan of her and don't believe she adds anything to the picture for Booker
For a change, i agree with nearly everything Tyler said. The only thing i dont agree with is Creed. Ron Killings fucked him over as the team were about three weeks away from debuting when Killings quit. If they can find a partner for him he would be set. A basic storyline of a new team rising thru the ranks would work as it would not require promos or anything.

Is Elix Skipper gone? Too obvious? Does this make me racist?
I loved the New Age Outlaws, they are my favourite tag team of all-time but BG and Kip are stale, it's time to let them go. The crowd just isn't interested.
Black Reign isn't original or fun as a wrestler. The gimmick is over done and Black Reign is slow and out of shape. Not really that over in this role either.
Rellik, never seen the big deal with him. He seems a little small to play a monster and the fans haven't really warmed to him. Just seems filler.
Matt Morgan needs to go. Nobody cares about this guy. He's akward in the ring and just seems to be taking up valuable air time.
Kevin Nash is earning a lot of money to do not much. It seems a waste. He's a very dull wrestler and despite being good on the mic, it's time for TNA to move on from the 90s and release Kev in my opinion.
I think if TNA let those guys go, they'd be in a better position as the home grown younger talent like Sonjay Dutt and The Motor City Machine Guns would get a little more exposure and the show would have less WWE rejects which makes it seem inferior.
