Has LAX lost their "X factor"

We are about a yearish removed from the loss of Konnan from LAX and I find them lacking. Don't get me wrong, they are amazing to watch, but outside of that they have lost that chip on their shoulder. They were the hottest thing in wrestling when they came on to the scene bar none. But without the mouth piece I think they have lost that sizzle and they really NEED that heel mouth piece to get to their FULL potential.

Re: Has LAX lost their "X factor"

They are also Face now. With Konnan they were heel. They have slipped without the mouthpiece but i am hoping its not going to be Hector. To me he wont be a Latin Legend, he'll just be Eddie's less succesful brother.

I dont know why Salinas is with them as she has added absolutly nothing besides her danceing before the matches.

I believe El Mesias speaks Spanish so they could bring him back in a new gimmick as the mouthpiece on a trial basis. We know he can go in the ring unlike Konnan during his last few months.

Not really a lot of options in regards to L.A.X. potential mouth pieces imo.

I guess they've got hector Guerrero now, so I hope he can talk good & make them heel. Then they could feud with Motor City machine Guns

I agree. They don't feel the same without Konnan. Neither is great on the mic, but I still love watching their matches.

Re: Has LAX lost their "X factor"

I think to rebut a bit to God, they are good as faces, but they are GREAT with so much untapped potential as a heel. If they turned Hector heel to go along with it I think that would be the next best thing to really get that edge back that they would need. It would make a few waves with Hector being looked at as a respected member of the wrestling community and if he was willing, could do some amazing things as a heel manager.

Re: Has LAX lost their "X factor"

I liked the revolution angle they had going on but after Konnan left, they seemed to slowly back away from it.. It had a lot of potential.

Re: Has LAX lost their "X factor"

It was good because it pushed the envelope. A similar thing could be done with Hector or someone much like Hector in the hispanic wrestling community. THey could also bring in another hispanic team to feud them and World X Cup would be a great place for them to team, turn on each other, and build from.

Why? She might not bring much to the table, but she's decent looking, Spanish, and doesn't really take anything away from the stable..

Exactly. Salinas in no way hurts LAX, in fact she gives them an interesting edge, especially if she starts to interfere in matches similar to the way that Gail Kim used to when she was with America's Most Wanted. I do agree that without Konnan the team certainly lacks on the mic, but Homicide is slowly getting better. Maybe with a little more work he could even be good.
