To me, and I know this is going to get some hatoraide, I would love to see the best heel champion of this generation in as champion... Jeff Jarrett. I think if he played champion he could be his normal evil, caneeving (sp) self... hand the title off to a young face as a curse that will corrupt them because they won't want to loose the spotlight and that top spot. It would be interesting to see someone like Kaz in that light with some inner struggling between right and wrong.

Kurt Angle. Despite what people say he is still one of the best in the world. As a heel he could put so much talent over just by having a good match with them (Case in Point: Kaz). His promos usually deliver & on big matches he will give everything he can & then some.
While i am a fan of Jarrett, their cant be two mega heels at the top. Right now Kurt Angle is in that spot. For the time being, im going with Angle simply because we dont know if Jarrett's head is in the right place to be the top guy.

AJ Styles. He is young and the greatest athlete is the company. With his improvement on the mic and his nice little character he has going on, the man is ready for primetime. He could main event WWE PPVs and yet.. TNA has him stuck in the tag division. It's time for him to breakout. It's amazing how he does all the moves that he does but makes them look effortlessly.
I would have to give AJ the nod after JJ as well. I think AJ might even be a great candidate to follow the example that I have given with JJ dropping the belt to a younger talent. With his character being somewhat vulnerable now, I think it would be one of the better storyline possibilities.

So how come you think that being a tag champ is a waste? TNA actually has a really good tag-team division, with plenty of match-ups possible. Besides, A.J. works pretty well with Tomko.
On the other hand, I do agree that A.J. Styles could be a good champ, eventually. But just not yet. The reason being, he doesn't seem confident enough in his own abilities. And while I find his antics in the ring very entertaining, I don't think he has what it takes to be champ at this moment.
Right now, I would say that the best candidate for a heel champ would have to go to Booker T. Since Kurt will be out for a while with his neck injurey, Booker can easily step into that role.
I'd have to say Booker T followed closely by AJ Styles. Booker hasn't had a TNA title run yet and he is a great in ring performer and he is a good heel which he is right now. Also it would be a great feud with Booker vs Samoa Joe.
He's a three time champion To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
hahaha wtf
anyway.. i owuld have to give it too...kurt angle as well, he is just amazing as a heel in TNA and it seems odd for him to be out of the main event picture
