In other words, the most bitter, vindicitve, petty, and miserable man in wrestling history. I used to label Bret Hart that but Angle is now right there with him.
He's the face of TNA. Multiple times world champ. MMA crossover appeal. He's got everything in life he could want, yet he can't go 10 minutes without ripping the WWE. He can't do an interview without getting all worked up about Vince or HHH or HBK or anything WWE related.
Nevermind the fact that everything he rips HBK and HHH for, he's guilty of it himself. Nevermind the fact that Vince McMahon made him the star he is today. Forget all that. Just be happy, Kurt. Be happy with where you are. Happy with what you got. Move on with your life.
Am I alone in thinking this about him? Seriously. I haven't seen a man so bitter and incapable of letting go since Bret Hart. Anyways....I just read yet another transcript of an Angle interview and it was more of the same and I just have to shake my head and rant a bit.

Kurt Angle gets asked questions.
Kurt Angle answers those questions.
People bitch & complain.
Repeat.
Right. Because that's the only possible route he can go, huh? He couldn't say...oh, I dunno...let me take a stab at this:
Media: Kurt, what do you think about your time I the WWE?
Kurt: I thank them and Vince for the opportunity they gave me, but I'm in TNA right now and the WWE is the past. I couldn't be happier with where I am now personally and professionally.
Holy shit!! That was easier than I thought. I should totally be a speach writer. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
But I'll give you credit, even though you can't take off your TNA t-shirt and matching speedo for two seconds, and see reality. The formula is about right.
Kurt Angle gets asked questions.
Kurt Angle bitches, pisses, and moans.
Repeat. For the last 3 years.

I see what your saying but the fact of the matter is, is that apparently WWE pushed him to an edge like they did to Bret where as he feels the need to blast them at any opportunity so he feels like he's made his point. Granted, it does get old.
I bought the FSM Magazine today because of the Angle interview. I havent read it yet but the cover has him quoted: "I gave you seven years of my life & five broken necks."
We know Angle & WWE split because Angle wanted a lighter schedual but Vince wouldent agree to it.
With that, i think he's allowed be pissed off at them. I dont like the way he does it but nothing we can do about it.

I don't see a problem with it. Honestly this may just be me, but I'd rather see someone be real and speak their mind and heart than see someone give a corporate bs answer and putting up a front. It'd be easy to say
"Thanks.... blah blah....(INSERT RANDOM COMPLIMENT)... Blah blah.... I really enjoyoed the opportunity.... blah blah... Thanks for the STD Steph."
But to me I appreciate that he is who he is and he isn't trying to blow smoke up our asses.

All this is true, but when it's every single interview, year after year after year....it reaches the point where you stop speaking the truth and become a bitter, vindictive man. It's no longer "oh, I didn't know that" or "that's interesting", but it becomes "wow. we know. let it go" or "this again?"
